Post script:
Several days after receiving the White Lotus things started to change in my life in the following ways:
- I just couldn’t let people walk all over me anymore. Where before I would have just shrugged and taken on board whatever people said or did to me ... now I just cannot. Now I stand firm and strong in my personal space and don’t let them trample on me. It is all done very politely but firmly and the empowerment I feel as a result is amazing.
- Issues in personal relationships that have been unresolved for years are coming to a head ... gently but insistently demanding to be healed. Already the difference in some of my personal relationships is amazing.

Golden Footprints and Physical Unlocking
I have been involved in healing and energy work for over thirty years. Before Alcartamba did his healing for me I was feeling very tired with low energy after a very hard day’s work.
After the first healing (Golden Footprints) my tired feet felt they were lovingly placed in a pair of very comfortable, soft woolly slippers and very nurtured. This feeling remained with the second unlocking process (Physical Unlocking). A great feeling of peace and harmony flowed into my being in the form of soft, warm, golden light and I just knew that everything in my life will be just fine.
The energy in the form of the soft golden light continues to flow in.
