We are living in a time when more is possible than ever before. The old energetic “training wheels” are off. There are no more buffers. What we think, we create. And what we create ripples outward, shaping not just our lives, but the collective energy of the planet.
We now have the full freedom — and full responsibility — to consciously shape our experience.
Every thought, every word, every choice is a creative act. Nothing happens to us without our permission, and even the choice to give our power away is still a choice.
This is a time of incredible opportunity.
A time to ask:
- What kind of life do I truly want?
- Who do I want to share it with?
- How do I want to feel — each day, in each moment?
You have the power to decide. But conscious creation requires conscious awareness — and action.
Everyone can create, we just need to empower ourselves to step out and make the choices, knowing you have the ability and the power to change your world. We are not leaves floating on the breeze at the whim of the elements; nothing and nobody can make our choices for us unless we allow them to…and even that was a choice to allow it.
Everything comes back to a choice we made. So think about your choices and change those that aren’t what you want for yourself. Taking responsibility for your life is very important. As mentioned, you make every choice for your life, even giving away to another the ability to make a choice started as your choice.
The ability to make wise choices usually relates to how you are feeling at the time. Your level of consciousness at any one moment directly and substantially affects your day and your life. If you are feeling fearful, angry, frustrated or sad your daily life will reflect that. Conversely, if you are feeling happy, full of love or excited this will be reflected in how your day goes and what you bring in.
Our vibration – the frequency our energy field vibrates at – goes out into the ‘atmosphere’ or ‘consciousness’ along with every other thing on this planet. Those sensitive can palpably feel the effect on the global consciousness when events happen such as the sadness from Diana’s death, the fear from 9/11 or the joy when the Berlin Wall came down. At a festival you can feel the excitement; in busy city streets you can feel the stress.
We feel what we and others around us put out there, as we are all connected energetically.
There has been interesting studies done on our levels of consciousness and how it affects our world. Dr David Hawkins in “Power vs. Force: The Hidden Determinants in Human Behaviour” calibrated emotions and put them into a sliding scale showing the effect of different emotions on the consciousness. It makes very interesting reading.
A key comment coming from his studies is that one person who’s living on the level of Willingness (the gateway to the higher emotions) or Acceptance (taking responsibility) negates the energies of 90,000 people who are below the level of Courage. And when it rises to the level of Reason (Statesmen, Nobel Prize winners) one person negates 400,000 who are below Courage!
There is a substantial effect on the planet and all its inhabitants when we increase our level of consciousness.
Simple daily tools to raise your vibration and create your reality
- Start your day with intention
Ask the Universe: “Please help me be a better person today.” Let this be the energy that guides your day — and see where it takes you. - Cleanse your energy field
Just as we tend to our physical body each day, our energetic body needs care too. These quick, effective practices can be done anytime:- Fill yourself with White Light
Visualise a bright white light inside your heart centre. Grow it until it surrounds your entire being. Feel it lift and clear your energy. Repeat as needed throughout your day. - Use the Violet Flame
See a violet flame flowing gently through and around your body. Let it cleanse your energy field, including your aura. Allow the flame to move through you with ease. - Cut energetic cords
In your mind’s eye, notice any cords, strings, or attachments to others. Gently “cut” them — in whatever way feels right for you — and fill yourself with White Light afterward.
- Fill yourself with White Light
- Speak affirmations with heart
Use affirmations that begin with “I am…” and say them with feeling. Let them come from the heart, not just the head. This allows them to imprint into every cell and begin creating the reality you desire. - Be mindful of your thoughts
Thoughts create your world. Choose to keep them positive and supportive. You alone decide what you think — and you have full control over what you allow in. - Stay grounded and present
Presence is where your power lies. You can only create in the now — not in the past or the future. Being grounded helps you enjoy life more fully and access clarity in the moment. - Focus your energy
Think of your focus like a laser beam — the clearer and more concentrated it is, the faster it manifests. If your thoughts are scattered, your results will be too. Focus on one thing at a time. - Take mindful pauses
Throughout your day, give your mind a break. Whether during a coffee break or in a quiet moment, take a few deep breaths. Be still. Allow your energy to reset. Respect others’ paths as you walk your own. - Practice gratitude
Gratitude is a high-frequency emotion that shifts everything. Even a few moments of sincere thanks each day can elevate your wellbeing — and the energy you bring to the world. - Visualise your life
Use your imagination to see, feel, and experience the life you want to live. Visualise it clearly — your actions, emotions, surroundings, and success. What the mind sees, the body and spirit follow. - Take inspired action
Thinking and visualising is powerful — but action is where transformation happens. Take small steps, consistently. Every move toward your vision counts. - Believe in yourself
Self-belief is key. You already have what you need inside you. Your only limitations are your beliefs and perhaps divine timing. Know your power. Trust your path. - Clear internal limitations
When you notice a limiting emotion or belief, visualise placing it on paper. Then imagine placing that paper in a flame or sending it into the sky to be transmuted. Release with ease and grace — and know that layers may continue to reveal themselves over time. - Be kind to yourself
Self-love is the foundation of all transformation. You are a work in progress — as we all are — and that is more than enough. Honour yourself, your process, and your potential.
It looks a lot of work, however I can assure you it’s not, and as it becomes part of your everyday life it becomes easier and just happens. It’s simple, effective and one of the best ways to improve your life and wellbeing.
In our busy world we make excuses for not doing things that make our lives better. We’ll spend hours per week on exercise but forget that our inner self is far more important than the physical. Our physical body can only be as healthy as our inner self, not the other way around, so take time to create a better world for yourself…and others.
It’s all about making the choice to be a better YOU.
